The hotel is conveniently located near the railway station and Gang ghat, making it a good starting point for exploring the city. the staff is also friendly and responsive, and the room is generally clean and tidy.
The hotel could improve on its breakfast offerings and overall facilities to match up with other hotels in the area.

The hotel offered great amenities that really added to the New Year's experience. the complimentary breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. the location couldn't be beat - it was close to all the key attractions and made getting around really easy. Another advantage was the friendly and helpful staff who made sure everything was taken care of.
There were a few issues with the hotel that detracted from the overall experience. the room was quite small and cramped, and there was a persistent noise that made it hard to relax.

I had a lovely stay in this hotel. The staff was very friendly and cooperative, always responsive to my needs. The hotel lobby was nice, and the room was very clean. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the laundry service as I got my clothes washed and ironed on the same day. Additionally, the location was close to the railway station and the ghat, making it easily accessible.

The location was excellent, close to tourist attractions and convenient for transportation. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always willing to assist. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast and reliable Wi-Fi which helped me stay connected.
The room was small and not well ventilated, leading to a musty smell. The bathroom was not clean and had a broken showerhead.
